One third of NEO’s space will be devoted to green and recreational spaces to promote quality of life.

NEO will eventually offer 21 hectares of green space compared to 15 hectares today, i.e. an increase of 40%.  The ambition is to achieve a development that combines “city life and nature” In a harmonious manner. The objectives are to intensify green spaces and improve mobility, including soft mobility, as well as the use of parks by local residents and visitors of the site.
