The North of Brussels has a significant deficit in retail premises compared to the Belgian average and even more so compared to the European average. 

Mall of Europe, NEO’s shopping district, will prove an additional winning asset in the redevelopment of the site. It will have a supra-regional dimension and scale and will be ideally situated in terms of mobility. The existing infrastructure and facilities will actually be reinforced while new mobility projects will facilitate access to the shopping district by public transport and private car.
